How to use the add page numbers to pdf
Upload a PDF, set the starting number, choose a label format and position, then preview the numbered copy before downloading. Font size and edge margin use PDF points, with 72 points per inch. Rotated pages are numbered in their displayed orientation.
Example
Choose a starting number of 5 and the Page 1 format to add Page 5, Page 6, and Page 7 to a three-page document.
Good to know
Numbers are added over existing content. Leave room in the margin and check every page before sharing. These visible numbers do not change the PDF viewer's page labels.
